I used to be a bit thrown off by this Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter and best-selling writer’s casual, interactive type till I noticed he wasn’t simply presenting the knowledge within the e-book. Duhigg embodied concepts and delivered to life the language of connection he describes and advocates for within the e-book.

I so loved the personable, relatable tales of the individuals he informed, the best way he included the findings of scientific analysis, and the way Duhigg engaged members of the viewers—and gave us time to expertise what he was pointing to with one another—that I purchased the audiobook instantly after Duhigg’s presentation.
